MD Undergraduate sessions using ARS are supported by the on-site AV technician.
Presenters at FoM events should be prepared to self-support their usage of ARS.
Note: The AV technician may not be able to resolve all issues. ARS uses software and devices that rely on the means by which they are connected to the internet and the computer on which it is installed.
Also, the flexibility afforded by ARS means that users may be at various locations. Therefore, all participating sites may be required to assist in resolving an issue.
