Equipment & Software Support

MedIT staff can assist you with your equipment and software needs. If an issue occurs, the MedIT Service Desk is your primary point of contact as they can help resolve some issues immediately, and start the appropriate course of investigations for others. If the issue is hardware related, MedIT can help in provisioning new hardware, and handle the installation. With the diversity within the Faculty of Medicine and the varying software in use, some software is supported on a ‘best effort’ basis.
