Reservationless Service
Reservationless audio conferencing is a flexible, pay-per-use service allowing you to conduct conference calls whenever you want, without having to book a call in advance. Just use your dedicated dial-in numbers and unique conference IDs. See the Application Process section for more information.
Please note that if you share a conference ID or book one through your local administrator, you will need to coordinate the availability of that conference ID to avoid scheduling conflicts.
Operator Assistance
An operator can be reached at any time during an audio conference by pressing “*0” from a participating touch-tone phone. Operator assisted conferencing offers various features such as disconnecting participants, muting lines, etc.
Costs
Bell’s Audio Conferencing service is pay-per-use. Bell provides the Faculty of Medicine with a rate of 3.5 cents/minute/participant within Canada. As per standard practice in the Faculty of Medicine, individual departments are responsible for all related audiobridge expenses used during their audio conference.
